Baltic Moontech Investments Holding AS, the majority shareholder of AS Starman has presented an application to the Management Board of AS Starman to call for the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders on February 25, 2009 and to decide on taking over the shares of minority shareholders against fair monetary compensation in the amount of EUR 5.75 (EEK 89.96795) per share. Proceeding from the above, the reference price of AS Starman shares will be raised to the level of EUR 5.75 tomorrow, January23, 2009 before the start of trading.
