Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On January 20, 2009, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company,
Springfield, Massachusetts, USA, informed us about the following:
We, the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, 1295 State Street,
USA-01111-0001 Springfield, Massachusetts hereby notify in accordance with
Sec. 21 para 1 and Sec. 24 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that
the voting rights of Oppenheimer Funds, 6803 S. Tucson Way, Centennial, CO,
USA 801112-3924 in KUKA AG, Augsburg (ISIN: DE0006204407, WKN: 620440) has
fallen below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights and amounts to
1,294,485 voting rights, 4.87%, as per January 15, 2009.
Furthermore we hereby notify in accordance with Sec. 21 para 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that the voting rights of
Massachusetts Mututal Life Insurance Company, 1295 State Street,
USA-01111-0001 Springfield, Massachusetts in KUKA AG, Augsburg (ISIN:
DE0006204407, WKN: 620440) has fallen below the threshold of 5% of the
voting rights and amounts to 1,294,485 voting rights, 4.87%, as per January
15, 2009. These voting rights are to be attributed to Massachusetts Mutual
Life Insurance Company pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Thereof, 1,294,485 voting rights, 4.87%, are attributed via the subsidiary
Oppenheimer Funds.
