On the interest payment on CA series mortgage bonds issued

AS "Latvijas Krājbanka" (hereinafter - JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka”) informs that
the record date for JSC "Latvijas Krājbanka" issued CA series mortgage bonds
(ISIN LV0000800357) is 29 January 2009. The interest income per one CA series
mortgage bond issued by JSC "Latvijas Krājbanka" for the period from 31 July
2008 to 31 January 2009 (excluding) is EUR 3.0625 (three and 6.25 eurocents).
The interest will be paid out in accordance with the terms set out in the CA
series mortgage bonds prospectus of JSC "Latvijas Krājbanka" on 30 January
2009.
