Company Announcement no. 3/2009 Herlev, 27 January 2009 Decision by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority Referring to our Company Announcement no. 2/2009 dated 9 January 2009 Greentech Energy Systems A/S do hereby inform that the Company has today received a reply from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority to our complaint about NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S' reprimand. The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority concludes in the reply that it is their evaluation that the decision of NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S in assigning a reprimand is of no far-reaching or fundamental importance cf. Section 88, Subsection 3, in the Act on Security Trading etc. Consequently, The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has no possibility of dealing with the complaint lodged by Greentech Energy Systems A/S. On the basis of this Greentech Energy Systems A/S does not want to take any further steps in this matter.
