VAAHTO LTD, A SUBSIDIARY OF VAAHTO GROUP, CONCLUDES CO-DETERMINATION
NEGOTIATIONS 

The co-determination negotiations concerning Vaahto Ltd, a subsidiary of Vaahto
Group, have been concluded. The results of the negotiations were to terminate
total 15 employment contracts. In addition to this, Vaahto Ltd shall lay-off
total 70 persons for varying periods of time, starting from one weeks' period
and ending to lay-offs until further notice. Vaahto Ltd has total about 140
salaried and blue-collar employees in Hollola and in Tampere.
