Agrowill Group AB hired financial advisors to evaluate its strategic alternatives

The Board of Directors of Agrowill Group AB (the „Company“) has decided 
to analyze its strategic alternatives to increase the shareholders' 
value of the Company. The Company hired advisers who will evaluate 
possibilities to increase shareholder value and implement the Company‘s 
long-term strategy. The review of strategic alternatives may or may 
not lead to any proposal being made to shareholders and/or the Company; 
further announcements on the matter will be made as appropriate. 
The Company continues to remain focused on the execution of its 
operating plan.  
	
The selected financial advisors are GILD Bankers and Orion 
Securities.
