Notifications on obtaining and lossing significant holding in the Issuer's equity

In accordance with the Article 61 of Law on the Financial Instruments Market
the JSC "Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca" is informing that it has received the
notification from its shareholder V.Driksne about changes in significant
holding and notification from Natalja Krivosanova about lossing of indirectly
acquired 
holding.
