New date for 2009 Annual General Meeting
The information provided herein is such that AB Industrivärden (publ) is
obligated to disclose pursuant to the Securities and Clearing
Operations Act (SFS 1992:543) and/or the Financial Instruments Trading Act (SFS
1991:980). Submitted for publication at 4 p.m. on January 27, 2009.
For practical reasons, the Board of Directors has decided to change the date of
Industrivärden's 2009 Annual General Meeting from April 16 to May 8, 2009.
Industrivärden's 2009 Annual General Meeting will be held on May 8, 2009 at the
Grand Hotel in Stockholm (Vinterträdgården room), starting at 10 a.m.
