On increase of the fixed capital of SJSC Latvijas Hipotēku un zems banka.

According to the extraordinary shareholders meeting dated 22.01.2009 SJSC
Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka increases  the fixed capital by LVL 29 517 768
on 29.01.2009. Wherewith the fixed capital comprises in total  LVL 78 030 911. 

The deputy of chairman of the Board of SJSC Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka
Rolands Paņko informed that the increase of the fixed capital allows to
continue the growth of bank's activity with a perspective of crediting Latvian
entrepreneurs. The capital increase is related with a Business competitiveness
improvement support program performed by SJSC Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka.
