Amagerbanken A/S issues floating-rate bond loan
On 30 January 2009 Amagerbanken A/S will be issuing a floating-rate bond loan of
nominal DKK 310,000,000. The bond loan represents senior capital and interest on
the loan is payable quarterly at the rate of 3 months CIBOR + 0.75%.
The loan shall be redeemed at a price of 100 on 30 September 2010.
The bond loan is issued with Danske Bank A/S as arranger and has been purchased
by institutional investors in advance.
