Peab builds at a biofuel plant in Jordbro Peab has been commissioned to carry out all land- and construction work at a biofuel plant adjacent to an existing district heating plant in Jordbro, in Haninge municipality, just south of Stockholm. The customer is Vattenfall AB Nordic Heat and contract sum amounts to SEK 94 million. The facility will be bio-fuel and produce 40 MW heat and 20 MW of electricity and it will be fired with wood chips returned. Work has started and it is expected to be completed in June 2010.
