Cayman, Cayman Islands, British West Indies has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
elexis AG, Wenden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005085005, WKN: 508500, have
fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on January 22, 2009  and now
amount to 2.96% (this corresponds to 272377 Voting Rights).
