Broström AB has requested a delisting of the company’s shares from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB (the Exchange). 

The Exchange has approved the application and decided to delist the shares of Broström AB,
ser. B, (ISIN code SE0000254880 and order book ID 962 (OTC 43886) and short name BRO B).  

The last day of trading will be Friday, February 27th, 2009.
