Moody´s Investor Service has on January 30, 2009, upgraded the credit rating of
TDC's senior secured debt facility to Ba1 from Ba2. At the same time the credit
rating of TDC's EMTN notes is upgraded to Ba3 from B1. The upgrade follows from
Moody´s upgrade of the credit rating of Nordic Telephone Company Holding ApS
(NTCH), which owns 87.9% of TDC, to Ba2 (stable outlook) from Ba3 (positive
outlook). The credit rating of NTCH's senior notes is upgraded to B1 from B2.
