Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On January 28, 2009 , Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH,
Frankfurt/Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on SoftM Software
und Beratung AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007249104, WKN: 724910,
have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on January 27, 2009 
and now amount to 3.24% (this corresponds to 210200  Voting Rights).

On February 2, 2009, Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt/Main,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on SoftM Software und Beratung AG,
München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007249104, WKN: 724910, have fallen below
the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on January 28, 2009  and now amount to
0,003% (this corresponds to 200 Voting Rights).
