Outcome in voluntary share redemption

The application period for Bure´s voluntary share redemption program ended on 23
January 2009. In total, applications have been made for 33,565,872 shares, which
represents 100 per cent of the number of redeemable shares.

The total amount of the redemption will thereby be approximately SEK 1,007M
corresponding to the amount decided by the extraordinary general meeting. For
each redeemable share SEK 30 will be paid. The payment is expected to take place
on 13 February 2009.

After registration, the total number of shares in Bure Equity AB (publ) will
amount to 50,348,808 of which Bure itself holds 0 shares.
