Changes in the Terms and Conditions for Securties Lending Facilities for Primary Dealers

In the first paragraph in the Terms and Conditions for Securities Lending
Facilities for Primary Dealers, dated November 28th , 2008 is mentioned that
the series RIKB 09 0612 is excluded from the terms. It has been decided to
exclude the series RIKB 10 0317 from the terms as well.
