CORRECTION: Concerning change of Director General of GUBERNIJA AB and repeated Extraordinary General Meeting

The accounting date of the repeated Extraordinary General Meeting has been
revised. 

On 2 February 2009 the Management Board of GUBERNIJA AB accepted the
resignation of the General Director Povilas Stumbrys and passed the decision to
lay him off from the position of the General Director since 2 February 2009.
From 3 February 2009 Diana Veleckienė was nominated as Acting General Director
until the new General Director will be elected. 


On 12 February 2009 at 1 p.m. repeated Extraordinary General Meeting of
GUBERNIJA AB (company code 144715765, address Dvaro str. 179, Siauliai) will be
held on initiative and decision of the Board of the Company. The meeting is
taking place at Company's premises Dvaro str. 179, Siauliai. 

Registration of shareholders starts at 12 a.m. 

On the agenda:
1. Recall of three members of the Management Board;
2. Election of three new members of Management Board.

The accounting day of the repeated Extraordinary General Meeting is 5 February
2009.
