Delisting of Teleca AB (publ)

According to decision by Nasdaq OMX Stockholm Teleca AB (publ) will be delisted
from Nasdaq OMX Stockholm. The last trading day for the share will be Monday, 2
March 2009.

Due to this decision Teleca will not publish the year-end report concerning
January-December 2008.
