Changes to organisational structure and management of TDC A/S

leave the company and thereby exit the Executive Committee of TDC at the latest
by 15 March 2009.

of Directors has decided to appoint Jens Munch-Hansen, who will assume his new
position no later than 15 March 2009. Jens Munch-Hansen is 53 years old and
holds an M.Sc.
