In the session of the management board of Pramprojektas AB of 28.01.2009, it
was resolved to satisfy a request of Leonas Rimantas Butkus, Director General
of the Company, regarding his revocation from the office of the Director
General from 30.01.2009 and from the office of the chairperson of the
management board from 12.02.2009, while leaving him in the position of a member
of the management board. 
From 02.02.2009, Marius Vaivada, who by then has been holding the office of the
Deputy Director General, is appointed as the Director General of the Company. 
From 13.02.2009, Marius Vaivada is appointed as the chairperson of the
management board.
