In pursuance of the Danish Securities Trading Act's section 29, please be
informed that SimCorp A/S on 9 February 2009 was informed that Pensioenfonds
Zorg en Welzijn, PFZW (formerly Stichting Pensioenfonds voor de Gezondheid
Geestelijke en Maatschappelijke Belangen, PGGM) has reduced their holding of
SimCorp shares (securities identification code DK0016026164) from previously
disclosed 251,510 shares corresponding to 5.11% to 245,965 shares corresponding
to 4.99% of the share capital and voting rights.
