Ventiv Professional Development Group Partners With Stiefel Laboratories On Global Selling Skills Platform


SOMERSET, N.J., Feb. 10, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ventiv Professional Development Group (PDG), an inVentiv Health company (Nasdaq:VTIV), today announced that Stiefel Laboratories, Inc., the world's largest independent pharmaceutical company specializing in dermatology, is partnering with PDG to extend its global selling skills platform into several new markets.

PDG has worked with Stiefel over the past two years to develop and implement a customized selling skills platform based on PDG's proprietary RxAdvantage product. The platform was initially launched to Stiefel's sales teams in the United States and Asia Pacific countries in 2007. Based on the success of the program, Stiefel is now partnering with PDG to extend it to Latin and South America and Great Britain, and is planning a pilot program for the rest of Europe.
