City Telecom Launches Talent Upgrade Program: 'Next Station: University'


HONG KONG, Feb. 10, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- City Telecom (H.K.) Limited (SEHK:1137) (Nasdaq:CTEL) is pleased to announce our partnership with Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) for our Talent upgrade program "Next Station: University". Under this 3-4 year program, City Telecom will sponsor the majority of the fees for qualified Talents to achieve their dream of earning a globally recognized degree, from the University of Wales. To facilitate learning, qualified lecturers are invited to City Telecom's offices in Hong Kong and Guangzhou on timetables that are suitable for our Talents to balance their full time careers with classes. At the launch of the program, we have 88 Talents in Hong Kong and Guangzhou who will embark on this journey toward their degree.
