WpHG that its percentage of  voting rights in SoftM Software und Beratung

threshold of 75% on February 09, 2009 and amounts to 80.89% of voting
rights (5241777 voting rights) as per this date.

These 80.89 % of voting rights (5241777 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Comarch S.A. via  Comarch Software AG pursuant to section 22 (1),
Sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in SoftM Software und

the threshold of 75% on February 09, 2009  and amounts to 80.89% of voting
rights (5241777 voting rights) as per this date.
