Cybercom appoints Odd Bolin as CFO

Cybercom has recruited Odd Bolin as its new chief financial officer (CFO).
Bolin's most recent position was with Ceres Corporate Advisors, a corporate
finance advisor, where he was a co-founder and partner.

Odd Bolin, age 45, holds an MSc in engineering physics. He has been active in
the Swedish financial industry since the mid-1990s, when he began as an equity
analyst at Hagströmer and Qviberg, and later was appointed Head of H&Q
Technology Research. In 2003, he co-founded Ceres Corporate Advisors, a
technology-focused M&A boutique. He has also held board positions in the IT
consultancy sector.

“Odd Bolin has a very valuable financial background with deep insight into our
industry," says Patrik Boman, president and CEO of the Cybercom Group. "His
experience and skills will be strong contributions to Cybercom's executive
management. I'm delighted that he will be involved in Cybercom's growth and
future.”

“Cybercom is an exciting company that I've followed since 1999,” says Odd Bolin.
“It's positioned itself very attractively in recent years and I see major
potential. I'm particularly attracted by the company's international strategy -
I see it as a major competitive advantage in the industry. I'm looking forward
to participate in Cybercom's continued growth.”

Odd Bolin assumes his position with Cybercom no later than 1 May 2009. He
replaces Per Jonsson, the current CFO, who has taken a position in Brussels.
