12/02/2009 PRESS RELEASE M-real has decided to develop M-real Zanders Gohrsmühle and Reflex mills as one speciality paper unit. The focus of Zanders is on all existing coated and uncoated specialities. With immediate effect Zanders offers in addition to the well-known premium branded products a new range of wood free uncoated papers: ZANTO, the new wood free uncoated paper is available in the following substances: 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 140, 150, 170, 190, 250 und 300g/m². M-real Zanders GmbH is part of Metsäliitto Group, who supports forest certification based on independent third-party verification. Forest certification is a good tool to ensure and communicate sustainable forest management. The majority of Metsäliitto's wood is PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification schemes) certified which is the predominant system in small, privately-owned forests. Zanto is an FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council) product. FSC is an independent, non-governmental organization established to promote the responsible management of the world's forests.
