On a new member of the board.

On 11.02.2009. the council of the SJSC Latvijas Hipotēku un Zemes banka elected
a new member of the board of  Hipotēku banka - Jānis Bērziņš. He will start his
new job on 03.03.2009. 

Currently Jānis Bērziņš is taking a position in a Ministry of Justice as a
deputy of Secretary of State. He has worked in JSC Latvijas Krājbanka
(1999.-2005.) and Hansa Līzings Ltd (1998.-1999.).
