Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on OHB
Technology AG, Bremen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005936124, WKN: 593612, have
fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on February 09, 2009  and
now amount to 2.995% (this corresponds to 447118 Voting Rights).
