To apply surveillance status to DnB NORD bankas AB: 
DnB NORD bankas ORS (LT0000100174  NDL1L)     
Lithuanian Securities Commission informed that following the provisions of
Article 42 (1.4) of Law on Securities of Republic of Lithuania, the Lithuanian
Securities Commission decided to approve the voluntary tender offer circular of
Bank DnB NORD A/S with the intent to buy up the remaining DnB NORD bankas AB
shares on condition to buy up not less then 292499 ordinary registered shares
at the price of LTL 125.0 per share.
