City Service AB finalized the take over of Fervėja UAB. After registering increased share capital of Fervėja UAB in the Register of Legal Entities 99.9% of company's shares were acquired, and remaining 0.1% of shares were acquired under separate share sale - purchase agreement. City Service AB now possesses 100% share stock of Fervėja UAB. Fervėja UAB owns 100% share stock of the company Būsto investicijų valdymas UAB, which in turn possesses 100% share stock in Karoliniškių būstas UAB, Viršuliškių ūkis UAB, Naujamiesčio būstas UAB and Antakalnio ūkis UAB. These companies manage 1.9 million sq. m. of residential facilities in Vilnius, Lithuania.
