The Company announces that the supervisory board of Francotyp-Postalia
Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany (ISIN: DE000FPH9000,WKN FPH900) has
revoked the appointment of Dr. Heinz-Dieter Sluma as CEO and
member of the management board with immediate effect. Dr. Sluma is no
longer member of the management board. For the time being, Mr. Hans
Syzmanski will be in charge of managing the Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG
alone.
