Brødrene Hartmann A/S has implemented a management change in its
European production organisation. As a result, István Soós will leave
his position as Managing Director of the Group's largest subsidiary,
Hartmann Hungary LLC.
Management has commenced a recruitment process to find a new manager
to head the factory in Hungary. As part of this process, the factory
will be headed by an interim management team during a short
transition period. The team will report directly to the senior
management of Hartmann.
The management change will not affect the European production
structure or the role of the Hungarian factory within the Group.
