Eindhoven, February 18, 2009 - Catalis SE, worldwide provider of digital
content for the film, games and telecom industry, hereby announces that it
has successfully completed its recent capital increase for cash from
authorised capital. The total number of 8,963,592 new shares has been
placed with private and institutional investors.

During the period from January 20 to February 03, 2009, shareholders of
Catalis SE were entitled to subscribe for up to 8,963,592 new shares of the
company at an issue price of EUR 0.15 per share. Any shares which were not
subscribed for by existing shareholders were offered to selected investors
as part of a private placement.

Through this capital increase, the companys shares capital rises from EUR
2,689,077.50 to EUR 3,585,436.70 divided into 35,854,367 shares. The
proceeds form this transaction amount to approx. EUR 1.3 million.
