Annual shareholders meeting of closed-end mutual fund SEB Real Estate Fund (SEB
Nekustamā īpašuma fonds) will be held on March 18, 2009, at 10:30 AM at the
“SEB banka” conference hall, address: Riga, Valnu street 11, 5 ft floor. 
Agenda
1. Report on activities of SEB Real Estate Fund during the year 2008 and
approval of 2008 Annual Report; 
2. Discussion on possibility of fund reorganization;
3. Approval of the amendments of the fund's prospectus.
Investors' registration will take place on March 18, 2009 from 10:30 till 11:00
AM at the meeting venue. 
Investors may participate in the annual meeting in person or send authorized
representatives. Representatives should present their powers of attorney at the
registration.
