The board of Husqvarna has proposed that an Extra General Meeting (EGM), on March 9, 2009, approves a rights issue where the number of shares to be issued and the subscription price will be announced by the board no later than March 5, 2009. The scheduled record date is March 12, 2009. Provided that the EGM approves the proposed rights issue, NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in Husqvarna.
