Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Balda AG, Bad Oeynhausen, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005215107, WKN: 521510, have fallen below the 10%, 5% and 3% limit
of the Voting Rights on February 18, 2009  and now amount to 0.6278% (this
corresponds to 340000 Voting Rights).
