NCC sells two properties and housing contracts in Stockholm area

Through transactions with Sollentunahem and HEFAB, Hägerstens Enskilda
Fastighetsägare, NCC Boende has sold two properties. At the same time, the
buyers have signed contracts with NCC Construction for the construction of
housing. The property transactions and contracts have a combined value of SEK
251 million.

- Since the autumn, when the market for tenant-owner apartments started to
deteriorate, we have worked determinedly to find alternative ways of approaching
the housing market. The need of rental apartments in the Stockholm area has long
been considerable and today's transactions will enable an increased offering of
high-quality rental apartments in excellent residential locations, says Filip
Bjurström, regional manager at NCC Boende, Stockholm region.

On the property Torgståndet 1 purchased by Sollentunahem, which is located in
the center of Sollentuna, 89 rental apartments will be built. Considered from a
lifecycle perspective, the environmental and climate impact of these buildings
will be minimized during both production and operation. They will also be built
with a well-insulated climate shell and be equipped with such features as heat
recovery and energy-efficient windows.

On the property Palsternackan 5 purchased by Hägerstens Enskilda
Fastighetsägare, which is located in Enskede on the corner of Handelsvägen and
Sockenvägen, 44 rental apartments will be built in two connected slab blocks.
Project design of the buildings has been completed and they will be constructed
in accordance with NCC's technical platform for housing.

Climate declarations of all the buildings will be conducted in accordance with
NCC's Climate Declaration.
The property in Sollentuna will be transferred on February 27, 2009 and the
property in Enskede will be transferred on March 3, 2009. The purchase
consideration for the properties of SEK 48 million will be received on transfer.
The contracts will be booked as orders during the first quarter of 2009.
