informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on elexis AG, Wenden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005085005,
WKN: 508500, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on February
20, 2009  and now amount to 6.21% (this corresponds to 571663 Voting
