Option release: Possible adjustment of OMXH25 index due to dividend in Sanoma (07/09)

The following information is based on a press release from Sanoma Oyj (SAA1V, FI0009007694) dated February 10, 2009 and may be subject to change. The board of Sanoma has proposed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held April 1, 2009, approves an ordinary dividend of EUR 0.90. The scheduled Ex-day is April 2, 2009. Provided that the AGM approves the proposal and the dividend exceeds 10 percent of the last paid price for Sanoma the day before the Ex-day, the OMXH25 index will be adjusted for the part of the dividend exceeding 10 percent. The adjustment is made according to rule 8.8 in the “Index description of OMXH25 Stock Index”.
