Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On February 18, 2009 , Rhine Alpha, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman
Islands has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on CeWe Color Holding AG, Oldenburg,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005403901, WKN: 540390, have exceeded the 5% limit of
the Voting Rights on May 02, 2006  and now amount to 5.014% (this
corresponds to 370000 Voting Rights).

Remark: With this release Rhine Alpha is making up for an announcement of
May 2006. The latest release we have on hand - dated August 7, 2007 - 
announces that Rhine Alpha went below the threshold of 3%.
