Eindhoven, February 25, 2009 - Catalis SE, worldwide provider of digital
content for the film, games and telecom industry, hereby announces its
preliminary results for the fiscal year 2008.

In total, the Catalis Group generated revenues for the fiscal year 2008 of
EUR 38.1m. This represents an increase of more than 10% against previous
year's figure of EUR 34.6m which is completely attributable to organic
growth.

The EBIT for the fiscal year 2008 amounts to EUR 2.9m. Compared to the 2007
figure of EUR 2.7m, this is an increase of approx 8%. On January 07, 2009,
Catalis SE has announced that, due to delayed and cancelled projects in its
games development division, its result will fall short of the EBIT guidance
of EUR 3.0m by up to 15%. Thus, the actual result of EUR 2.9m is well at
the upper end of that range.

In light of the worsening market conditions towards the end of the year,
the management of Catalis SE is very pleased with this overall performance
and is confident to continue this development in the future.
