SOCIETE GENERALE STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 25 FEBRUARY 2009 SOCIETE GENERALE TO ISSUE FOURTEEN NEW TURBOS. THE ISSUE INCLUDES TURBOS ON THE DAX INDEX, THE NOKIA PLC AND S&P 500 INDEX. Societe Generale, one of the leading issuers of covered warrants worldwide, issues a total of fourteen new European Turbo warrants on the Helsinki Stock Exchange (HEX). The Turbos will be subject to public trading on the HEX Exchange List as of 26 February 2009. The underlying assets of the Turbos will be the DAX index, the Nokia Plc share and S&P 500 index. The issue includes four Long Turbos and ten Short Turbos. The Turbos will be issued under the Societe Generale warrant program.
