According to the clause 3.5.4.5 of the chapter Supervision of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Rules, one of the grounds for adding the watch notation is the filing of an application to delist the issuer's securities. On February 23, 2009, AS Kalev filed an application to delist AS Kalev shares. Based on this information, the Management Board of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn decided to add a watch notation to the shares of AS Kalev starting today, February 25, 2009, based on article 3.5.4.5 of the chapter Supervision of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Rules.
