Peab builds house of fashion in Kalmar Peab has been commissioned to build a house of fashion and related car parks in the area of trade Hansa City in Kalmar. The client is Sveafastigheter and the contract sum amounts to about SEK 155 million. The approximately 15,000 square meter building will have the majority of brands in fashion and cosmetics as tenants. Hansa City began to develop in 2006 and due in the autumn of 2009. It is a joint project with Sveafastigheter, IKEA, Ikano and P & E Management. Work has started and is expected to be completed in October 2009.
