Activity results for four quarters and interim condensed consolidated financial statements for 12 months of 2008

Consolidated not audited Sanitas AB group loss before taxes for four quarters
of 2008 was LTL 10.2 m (€ 2.9 m), EBITDA amounted to LTL 90.2 m (€ 26 m). Group
sales in 2008 amounted to LTL 382.5 m (€ 111 m). 
Interim condensed consolidated Sanitas AB financial statements for 12 months 
of 2008 together with the confirmation of responsible persons are enclosed. It
