to § 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 24 February 2009, that on 19 February 2009 the share
of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany,
ISIN: DE0007289001 went above the threshold of 10% and that the percentage
of voting rights on that day amounted to 10,007% (1,143,416 shares).
Pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 WpHG, these voting rights are in
their entirety attributable to Threadneedle Asset Management Limited,
London, UK. These voting rights are held by subfunds of Threadneedle
Investment Funds ICVC and other funds.
