Eksportfinans ASA issues fixed rate notes (ISIN DK0030165014)

On behalf of Eksportfinans ASA, Nordea Bank Danmark A/S hereby announces
that Eksportfinans ASA will issue a total of DKK 164,000,000 Fixed Rate Notes
on 2 March 
2009. 

The Notes will pay an annual interest rate of 2.50 per cent per annum. 

The Notes will be redeemed on 17 June 2009.
