Section 1 of the WpHG that its Voting Rights on InTiCa Systems
Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN: 587484,
have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on February 20, 2009 and
amount to 4,45% at this day (this corresponds to 190.822 Voting Rights).
