STOXX Announces Results of Regular Semi-Annual Review of the Dow Jones STOXX Eastern Europe 50 Index


ZURICH, Switzerland, Feb. 27, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- STOXX Ltd., the leading provider of European equity indexes, today announced the results of the first regular semi-annual review of the Dow Jones STOXX Eastern Europe 50 Index.

There are no component changes in the Dow Jones STOXX Eastern Europe 50 Index.

As of February 27, 2009, the total free-float market capitalization of the Dow Jones STOXX Eastern Europe 50 Index is EURO 117.63 billion.

The underlying component data - numbers of shares, cap and free-float factors - will be announced on March 18, 2009 and reflect all corporate actions effective before the implementation on the third Friday of March (March 20). The changes of the underlying component data will be effective as of the open of trading on March 23, 2009.
